THE WINE CELLAR
Inside the farmhouse, there is a large wine cellar,
where innovation and tradition work together to produce top quality wines.
Some of our wines are aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12-24 months in Barrique barrels.
The name given to the wines commemorates the figure of Boldrino Paneri da Panicale,
a famous condottiero who lived for a short time in the second half of the fifteenth century in the convent of Benedictine friars, situated at the time inside the Querciolana farm.
The whole process for producing grapes and wines is attended to by the oenologist Mauro Monicchi, by the sommelier Mauro Cavallucci and by the wine technician and manager of the winery Alessio Carrà.
